Emancipation Church Service
Manspasi Church Service
On Friday, June 26th, the Manspasi Church Service will be broadcasted live from the Hoflaankerk with the theme “Freedom and Identity”, with contributions from Rev. Denny Zinhagel and Rev. Marianne van de Bogard and performances by Ricardo Polak & Worship and Organist Richard van de Berg.
During the service attention is paid to the fighters for the abolition of slavery. They have often had to pay for their struggles with life. The pastors discuss parallels that can be drawn with stories from the Bible. It will be a service with singing and various lectures. The service is open to a maximum of 30 people and interested parties can register with the contact persons of the cooperating churches.
The service takes place in the Hoflaankerk, corner Oudedijk-Hoflaan, Rotterdam-Kralingen at the Oudedijk (Kralingen). The walk-in is at 7 p.m. and the service starts at 7.30 p.m. In this Corona time, we must adhere to the 1.5 meter distance and other measures that are important for our safety. The service is broadcasted Live by Open Rotterdam (via web and YouTube). So you can be with us remotely. The links are:
