Prayer Focus:
The Methodist Church St. Thomas/St. John Circuit – Continued Prayer for – recovery from the hurricanes, Our Youth & especially those at risk, The economy, deepening of our people’s faith, Unity of the Church, Faithfulness of God’s People.
St. Croix Circuit – For a deeper filling of the Holy Spirit that members will have a greater influence in and on the society, for the Government and leaders responsible for Human Services that they will be more resourceful in meeting the growing crises of homelessness.

This Menu is only given as a guide (suggested menu) items can be substituted based on availability, so you are free to make adjustments as and when necessary.
N.B.: The Fast is as far as possible free from ‘Rich Foods’. Soups should be free of meat. Notice that bread is only on the last day as a transition.
