On 28th July, 2019 the new MCCA Youth Executive Council was installed at the Closing Ceremony of the Youth Encuenrtro. The installation was presided over by Bishop the  Reverend Everald L. Galbraith at the Wesley Methodist Church in Belize City, Belize.
